Our annual Lent lunches, where hosts provide a simple meal of bread and soup in exchange for donations in aid of Welcare, have once again proved to be a huge success.
Our 2019 Lent lunches have raised a total of £2,647, which will go towards our continued work with children and families.
Lunches were hosted by Welcare supporters, staff, and churches including  St Barnabas Dulwich and St Mary with St Alban Teddington.
We are grateful to everyone who took part, with special thanks to Greenwich Friends, and East Surrey Staff and Parish Reps whose ongoing support is key in sustaining our role within the community.
