Anna
Chief Executive Officer
Anna joined Welcare in September 2013 and is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the charity. She works closely with the Trustees to shape the strategic direction and secure the funding needed to sustain and develop our work. Through her leadership, Welcare continues to provide effective, professionally supervised support services for children and families across the local communities we serve in South London and East Surrey.
Cath
Senior Family Support Worker, Inner London
Cath joined Welcare in April 2024 covering the London boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark in inner London. She provides one-to-one support for children and families and has completed training with Rockpool to deliver domestic abuse recovery programmes and Strengthening Families Strengthening Communities to facilitate parenting groups.
Catharine
Family Centre Manager, East Surrey
Catharine was appointed Family Centre Manager in June 2022 and leads and manages the delivery of targeted Family Resilience Services in Reigate & Banstead in partnership with the YMCA East Surrey, the lead provider for commissioned services in the borough of Reigate & Banstead.

Family Support Worker, East Surrey
Cathy joined Welcare in September 2019 providing targeted support to children and families to support them through the joys and challenges of parenthood, helping to make sure that children get the best start in life.
Christine
Centre Administrator, East Surrey
Christine joined Welcare in April 2025 and provides administrative support to the Welcare team in East Surrey. She helps to ensure that the Family Centre in Redhill is a warm, welcoming and safe place for all the children and families we support.
Daisy
Family Support Worker, South East London
Daisy joined Welcare in July 2026 covering the London boroughs of Greenwich and Bromley in south-east London. She provides one-to-one support for children and families and has completed training with Rockpool to deliver domestic abuse recovery programmes.
Debbie
Senior Family Support Worker, South West London
Debbie joined Welcare in August 2016 covering the London boroughs of Wandsworth and Richmond upon Thames in south-west London. She provides one-to-one support for children and families and is an experienced facilitator. Debbie has completed training with Rockpool to deliver domestic abuse recovery programmes, Strengthening Families Strengthening Communities to facilitate parenting programmes, and Caring Dads.

Diane joined Welcare in February 2021 providing targeted support to children and families to support them through the joys and challenges of parenthood, helping to make sure that children get the best start in life.
Diane T
Clerk to the Board and Executive Assistant to the CEO
Diane joined Welcare in October 2012. She provides administrative and governance support to the Board of Trustees and serves as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. Her role includes coordinating Board activities, supporting Human Resources processes, and managing property-related administration to help ensure the smooth running of the organisation.

Family Support Worker, East Surrey
Georgia joined Welcare in January 2018 providing targeted support to children and families to support them through the joys and challenges of parenthood, helping to make sure that children get the best start in life.
Hina
Playworker & Family Support Worker, East Surrey
Hina joined Welcare in October 2017 to lead groups for babies, young children and their parents and provide families with the best possible start in life. Activities include weekly groups promoting secure attachment, healthy child development, positive parental mental health and increased parenting confidence. In addition, Hina organises the popular summer holiday family picnics, bringing families together and strengthening community connections.

Head of Practice & Designated Safeguarding Lead
Katie joined Welcare in October 2023 with responsibility for ensuring our services for children and families are delivered safely and good outcomes are achieved. Katie is a senior social worker and has overall responsibility for safeguarding and ensuring good practice is embedded throughout the charity.

Business & Frontline Support, East Surrey
Marion joined Welcare in September 2019 providing administrative support to our East Surrey staff team including using EHM and our case management system Lamplight.
Rose
Business Manager
Rose joined Welcare in September 2021. She plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our services and operations. Her responsibilities include managing IT systems and databases, finance administration, referrals, and communications, including our website, newsletter, and social media presence.

Fundraising Officer – Grants & Foundations
Ruth joined Welcare in June 2026 to grow our income from charitable trusts and foundations to enable us to develop our work with children and families throughout South London and East Surrey.
Sarah
Interim Head of Practice - South East London
Sarah joined Welcare in January 2026 to develop partnerships and referrals in the Bromley & Greenwich area and to provide supervision of all work with children and families in South-east London.
