The Diocesan Association of Friendless Girls was founded in 1894 by the Rt Revd Randall Davidson, Bishop of Rochester and his wife Edith.

It had been 3 years in the making but it was well worth the wait! Last Friday our Rock Choir fundraiser took place at St Mary's Church, Bromley, organised by the Friends of Welcare in Bromley.

Friends, staff, supporters, local councillors, and representatives from voluntary organisations give thanks for the work of Welcare in East Surrey. 

Welcare are recruiting a new Family Support Worker for South East London, with focus around the Greenwich and Bromley areas.

At the end of May 2022, Sophie took part in the Greenwich Tritons Junior Aquathlon in aid of Welcare swimming 200m and running 2000m.
