On 4 September, we came together to thank and celebrate three wonderful members of the Welcare team who are leaving.
We said a heartfelt thank you to Catharine, who has been a committed and tenacious manager of our commissioned work in East Surrey.
We also celebrated Georgia, who has retired after more than eight years as a Family Support Worker. Throughout her time at Welcare, Georgia has brought enormous compassion to every family.
And finally, we wished Hollie every success as she prepares to leave Welcare for a new role at the end of the month. We are incredibly grateful for everything she has contributed during her time with us.
Our staff are at the heart of our family support service. Without their care, compassion, commitment and professional expertise, we simply would not be the effective and much-loved family support charity that we are today.
Thank you, Catharine, Georgia and Hollie, for everything you have given to Welcare and to the families we support. We wish you all the very best for the future!
