Anna
Chief Executive Officer
Anna joined Welcare in September 2013. Her responsibility is to work with the trustees to drive the charity forward and enable Welcare to continue to deliver high quality and professionally supervised child and family support services in the local communities we serve in South London and East Surrey.
Barbara
Child and Family Support Manager, South East
Barbara joined Welcare in 2014 and is an experienced senior social worker who has the main responsibility for developing and managing our work in South East london. She is also the Practice lead for our Strengthening Families Strengthening Communities Parenting programme.
Cath
Senior Family Support Worker, Inner London
Cath joined Welcare in April 2024 focussing on work with children and families in the inner London boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark. Cath brings a wealth of experience supporting parents to become the very best parent they can.
Catharine
Family Centre Manager, East Surrey
Catharine was appointed Family Centre Manager in June 2022 and leads and manages the delivery of Family Centre and Family Resilience Services in Reigate & Banstead in partnership with the YMCA, the lead provider for commissioned services in the borough. Catharine also oversees delivery of our charitably funded work.
Cathy
Family Support Worker, East Surrey
Cathy joined Welcare in September 2019 and is a full time Family Support Worker, providing support and outreach services to local families. Cathy also facilitates groups such as Parenting Puzzle, Talking Teens and ‘My Space’.
Debbie
Senior Family Support Worker, South West London
Debbie joined Welcare in August 2016 and is a Family Support Worker covering south west London. Debbie provides individual child and family support and is an experienced facilitator who has lead our group work programmes Strengthening Families Strengthening Communities, MySpace (our domestic abuse treatment and recovery programme) and Caring Dads.
Diane C
Family Support Worker, East Surrey
Diane joined Welcare in February 2021 as a Family Support Worker working with families one to one and has led our Families and Schools Together Work (FAST) in partnership with schools in East Surrey.
Diane T
Clerk to the Board and Executive Assistant to the CEO
Diane joined Welcare in October 2012. Her responsibilities include providing support to the Trustee Board, supporting the Chief Executive and Human Resources administration.
Georgia
Family Support Worker, East Surrey
Georgia joined the Redhill team in January 2018 and is a full time Family support worker, providing Support and Outreach services to local Families. Georgia also facilitates groups such as Parenting Puzzle, Talking Teens and ‘My Space’.
Hina
Playworker & Family Support Worker, East Surrey
Hina joined Welcare in October 2017 as part-time Play Worker. Her responsibilities include running various drop-in Play groups and Crèches, which include; providing support for families with children with Special needs, Speech and language delay, isolated new mums and bilingual children. She also supports parents in play and learning experience at home with their child.

Family Support Worker, East Surrey
Hollie joined Welcare in September 2020 as a Family Support Worker. She provides individual child and family support and facilitates Parenting Puzzle and Children Overcoming Domestic Abuse
Jasmine
Family Support Worker, East Surrey
Jasmine joined Welcare in 2015 as a Children’s Work Co-ordinator having previously been a volunteer. She is now a Family Support Worker, providing practical and emotional support to families.
Kate
Centre Administrator, East Surrey
Kate joined Welcare in July 2007. Her current responsibilities encompass heading up the admin team, budget preparation/monitoring and everything premises and facilities related.
Katie
Head of Practice & Designated Safeguarding Lead
Katie joined Welcare in October 2023 with responsibility for ensuring our services for children and families are delivered safely and good outcomes are achieved.
Katie has overall responsibility for safeguarding and ensuring good practice is embedded throughout the charity.
Marion
Business & Frontline Support, East Surrey
Marion joined Welcare in September 2019. Her responsibilities include welcoming visitors, dealing with enquiries and other administrative duties.
Olamide (Ola)
Senior Family Support Worker, South East
Ola joined Welcare in September 2018. She provides individual child and family support and has facilitated group work programmes in partnership with schools and the Strengthening Families Strengthening Communities parenting programme and our MySpace domestic abuse treatment and recovery groups.
Rose
Business Manager
Rose joined Welcare in September 2021. Her responsibilities are to ensure the delivery of Welcare’s services including maintaining our supporter database, banking and payment of invoices, managing initial referrals, and supporting staff to use our case management database.
Shonagh
Senior Family Support Worker, East Surrey
Shonagh joined Welcare in April 2016 as a Senior Family Support Worker. Shonagh’s current role as a Family Support worker is to support parents, carers and children who are experiencing difficulties within their family unit.

Fay is an experienced senior social worker who worked for Welcare as a Child and Family Support Service Manager and continues to support us facilitating the Caring Dads programme.
James
James worked with Welcare as a Senior Family Support Worker until March 2024 and continues to work with us facilitating the Caring Dads Programme.
