Family Support in East Surrey

Get in Touch

Welcome to Welcare in East Surrey

Welcare in East Surrey supports families to build resilience through safe, nurturing relationships that promote emotional health and wellbeing, enabling children to thrive. The centre is open open Monday to Thursday 9.15am to 4.15pm.

We offer a welcoming and caring environment where our staff work closely with families, co-ordinating support for children, young people and their parents or carers across a range of community services.

We work in partnership with YMCA East Surrey to deliver Family Resilience Services across Reigate & Banstead. These services are designed to support children, young people and their families. We work with the whole family where children are aged 0–18 years, and with families of children with additional needs up to the age of 25. Our focus is on providing one-to-one, whole-family support. This service is commissioned by Surrey County Council.

Referrals can be made via the Surrey County Council C-SPA (Children’s Single Point of Access). You will usually need to complete a Surrey Children’s Services Support Request Form, which can be emailed to cspa@surreycc.gov.uk.

C-SPA contact details:

  • Telephone: 0300 470 9100 (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday)

  • Out of hours: 01483 517898 (ask for the emergency duty team)

  • SMS for the deaf or hard of hearing: 07527 182 861
