At the beginning of January our East Surrey team were delighted to be invited to have tea with The Worshipful The Mayor of Reigate & Banstead Councillor Frank Kelly at Reigate Town Hall. It was a fascinating afternoon that included a tour of the town hall and the opportunity to talk to the Mayor and his Macebearer about the history of the area and how the role of mayor has changed over the years.
