Child contact
Welcare’s two contact centres in Sutton and Croydon help separated and divorced parents maintain contact with their children.
They offer a safe, friendly, and neutral environment for contact to take place between a child and a relative they would not otherwise see.
Both centres offer large well equipped play rooms, an outdoor area and are accredited by the National Association of Child Contact Centres (NACCC).
They centres offer supported contact, supervised contact, assisted contact and a handover service.
We accept referrals from third parties such as solicitors, social workers, and CAFCASS (Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Services), as well as from parents directly.
Payments for Contact can be made online.
A registration fee for one years Contact is required for your chosen Contact Service before any sessions can be booked.
If you have any queries please call 020 8256 9292 where someone from the Contact Service Team will be able to assist you.

If there wasn’t a middle group like a contact centre I don’t know what we would have done.
