Welcare in Croydon is a local charity that has been working with families in Croydon for over 100 years. In order to continue our work to support and strengthen families living in the London Borough of Croydon we would like to recruit a volunteer to provide administrative back up and support to our Centre Administrator and Centre Manager at Welcare in Croydon. Do you have the experience to:

• Provide a welcoming reception to the public and service users.
• Assist the Centre Administrator with building issues and help identify any health and safety issues.
• Assist the Centre Administrator in providing efficient and effective support to the Croydon team.
• Help process referral forms from various agencies throughout the borough and maintain confidentiality in all aspects.

All volunteers are required to complete an Enhanced Disclosure (further information about the Disclosure scheme can be found at www.disclosure.gov.uk)
