Welcare in Greenwich

Welcare in Greenwich is one of eight centres run by Welcare. We work with families who have children under 12 years old – helping parents build their confidence and skills, and offering advice and support.

Our parenting programmes include a ten-session parenting skills course, plus a parent development group looking at valuing and caring for yourself and ways to de-stress.

We also run a parenting programme for adults with learning disabilities.

Literacy classes help parents with reading and writing, in a supportive, friendly group. While our gardening project has introduced children and adults to the pleasures of growing veg.

We offer counselling sessions on Mondays and a free crèche for children under five who parents are attending one of our groups.
