Welcare in Croydon

Welcare in Croydon is one of eight centres run by Welcare. From our base in Mitcham Road, we offer a wide range of family support.

Our 12-week parenting programmes, for example, help parents learn how to boost a child’s confidence and find long-term solutions to family challenges.

Our 12 week domestic abuse recovery programme helps parents to break the cycle of abuse and move forward into healthy relationships. This service is temporarily unavailable. 

Our counselling service provides one to one sessions for parents who live in the London Borough of Croydon. A qualified counsellor will listen to the person without judgment – enabling them to find their own answers. This service is temporarily unavailable. 

Family support workers provide one-to-one support to individual families to help improve communication and deal with behaviour issues – so that families can enjoy being together.

Our Ofsted registered crèche is run by qualified staff and is available to parents and carers who access our services. Places need to be booked in advance.

The four-hour Separated Information Parents Programme helps parents understand the impact of the conflict on the children.
