Welcare in Bromley

Welcare in Bromley is the newest of Welcare’s eight centres, having joined Welcare in July 2010.

Our social work team works with parents and children up to 19 years where there is a Common Assessment Framework (CAF) in place.

Our social workers help families gain an understanding of their problems, identify solutions and effect positive and sustained change.  A referral is preferred via a CAF or from Social Care via a copy of the Initial or Core Assessment, with the permission of the family.

We offer family support including direct help and group activities for families affected by domestic abuse, parenting problems and isolation.

We also work with our local churches, charities and supporters to provide small items of furniture, emergency food parcels and good quality, second-hand clothes.
